Is Contraccions medical advice?
No. Contraccions is a timing and logging utility. It does not diagnose labour, estimate dilation, recommend treatment, or replace healthcare professionals or emergency services.
Use the criterion supplied by your own care team and contact them whenever you are concerned, regardless of what the app shows.
Where is my data?
Your records are stored locally on your iPhone. There is no Contraccions account or cloud sync. The developer cannot view, restore, or remotely delete local records.
Why is the route estimate unavailable?
Route estimates require a selected hospital, location permission, and access to Apple Maps services. If any of these are unavailable, Contraccions shows the usual journey time you entered instead.
How do I delete data?
You can delete individual contractions and sessions from the app's history. Removing Contraccions from your iPhone removes its locally stored app data.
Compatibility
Contraccions is being developed for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later.
