By using Cèntim or these project pages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The iPhone app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different agreement is displayed in the App Store.

The free seven-day trial starts only when you explicitly activate the zero-price, non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple. Opening or installing the app alone does not activate it.

The trial is not a subscription, does not renew, and does not automatically convert to a paid purchase. There is no automatic charge when it ends. Continued write access requires a separate lifetime purchase that you choose and confirm through Apple.

The lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. The Spain base price is EUR 5.99. The actual price and currency for your App Store region are shown by Apple before you confirm; that local App Store price applies.

Apple handles billing and purchase history. Cèntim uses Apple-verified purchase records to establish access. Your Apple Account is used for purchases; no separate Cèntim purchase account is required.

Refund requests for App Store purchases must use Apple's refund process and are handled by Apple under its applicable terms. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

When the trial expires without a lifetime unlock, Cèntim becomes read-only without deleting your records. You can still read your records, export CSV files and backups, delete data, reset the app's data, use recovery options and privacy controls, and restore purchases.

New manual expense entry, Apple Wallet and Shortcuts captures, imports, edits, and other writes are blocked, except for the data-safety actions above. Captures missed while write access is unavailable are not replayed when you later purchase or restore the lifetime unlock.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore access from Apple's verified purchase history. Restoring the trial purchase does not restart the seven-day period.

Restore Purchases restores app access, not your expense ledger. Expense records are stored locally, separately from App Store purchase transactions, and are not sent to Apple by the app. The developer has no server-side ledger copy to restore. Recovering a lost ledger requires a backup you explicitly exported and kept; export a backup before deleting or resetting data if you need to recover it later.

Cèntim is a personal expense-recording utility. Use it for lawful personal purposes and do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse it except where law permits.

Cèntim is not banking, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice. You remain responsible for checking your records and decisions.

The app is provided as is and as available. Classification, calculations, automation, and exports may contain errors or be affected by system changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain without removing mandatory consumer protection where you live.
